North Dakota (ND) has 441 ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTAs) as defined by the US Census Bureau. This dataset covers all of them — from high-density urban ZIP codes in Fargo and Bismarck to rural and suburban areas across North Dakota's Midwest geography.
North Dakota low unemployment rates driven by energy and agriculture industries. This makes accurate, ZIP-level data especially valuable for businesses and researchers focused on energy sector research.
The demographic core of this dataset comes from the US Census Bureau's American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates (2019–2023 vintage, published December 2024) — the gold standard for ZIP code-level statistics.
